Been here several times before and it's always been fine. Unfortunately this time around the weather was against us and we ended up staying in rather too often. This was no fault of our hosts and we had everything on hand that we needed to make our stay as pleasant as could be. Wish it hadn't rained so much though!

Sited holiday caravans for hire and pitches for tents and camper vans. Difficult access via single track road. On top of a cliff so you need to be fit if going out on foot. Open spring summer autumn season. Few on-site camping facilities (male and female showers and washing up facilities) but no restaurant or bar. Two pubs nearby serving food. No children's outdoor play area. On top of steep cliff so children's supervision is important. Short walk down steep steps to lovely Eype beach. West Bay 20 minute walk up and down cliff path. The Broadchurch murder scene was shot on the cliff within 5 mins walk and shown in photo.

Static caravan very nicely appointed, looks recently modernised. The view is stunning, right over the sea and opposite hillside. The site its self is small and quaint. Our only slight problem so far is lack of heating in the bedrooms, our 18 month old daughter did get a little cold overnight and had to come into the bed with us.

This site has been here for a LONG time! And improves with age. I used to go camping here with my mother,father & two elder sisters in the 70's and remember it like yesterday. My last memory was summer 1976 heatwave 😎 This place has lots to offer & I strongly recommend it for everyone young or old!

Had a great time last august two caravans grankids loved it lovely location lovely site and the owners very helpful going to book again this year
