Absolutely disgraceful company. Firstly, last week, they sent a taxi to a different town. I thought I'd give them another chance, and tonight, 'my' taxi MM16CZA was picking up another hire when I was supposed to be getting in. When I told the driver I had the cab booked, she accused me of swearing at her and that she wouldn't be taking me. Infuriating, and completely untrue. What I actually said was her company is a riot. I realise this review won't change much in the grand scheme of things, but I'll never use this company again. If I were to treat my customers like how I was treated tonight, I'd lose my job. Shocking. Steer clear.
Left stranded with a baby!!! After seven years of using Express Taxis and always trying to do my best by a local company & drivers I've had to make the tough decision to stop after a horrendous morning. I booked a taxi the night before as I am travelling with my 8 month old baby. I was lied to all morning and told the car was 10mins away, then 5mins away, and it's arrived now 35mins late meaning me and baby have missed our train down to London. There was no concern for me or my baby and I'm disgusted that in today's world, a company can feel okay lying to a parent with baby and showing no responsibility for a service they haven't provided as booked. Add to this the fact they offered no solution and on a previous trip charged me twice, I've got to say this is the last time I will use a company I've used faithfully for seven years. Will absolutely be complaining to the licensing body.
Absolutely fuming. Charged £15 from Camelon labour club to Stenhousemuir should’ve been £9.50. Got taken the wrong way the first time and then eventually got home. Taxi company made out like it was my fault for not telling the driver which way to go. Who tells a taxi driver which way to. DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!
Tried to book a taxi with this company following The Killers' concert on Tuesday and was hung up on twice! I understood that they were booked out and told them I was willing to wait the 30-40 minutes they estimated, but was still fobbed off before I could even tell them where I was. Terrible way to treat potential customers
I booked via the app, our house is not on the main road, so we cannot see if a taxi is waiting there. The taxi did not therefore come to our address. We did not get any notification or call, which I full expected to get when using an app. We did finally see a taxi turn on the main road, however this was a white car when the app told us to expect a black car. We were called after the taxi had driven away, I answered but the caller had hung up when I did. I called back and was met with a rude and abrasive women who was not willing to listen to the fact the taxi had not in fact had been in front of our house or anywhere visible to us. When I asked when we could have a taxi they were not interested, so therefore were happy to leave us stranded. I will not be using there services again and advise anyone who is to be very cautious of their app.
Complete waste of time. Pre booked a taxi from Larbert Station. When I arrived no taxi and was told the computer cancelled it on its own. Stay clear....
Absolute joke to call themselves a taxi service. I only use them when the other one is busy, or should I say 'try' to use them. For about 6 months now every time I've phoned there's been no cars available, no matter where I am or where I'm going or what time of day it is, there's no cars in my area. A while back I got one from morrisons and the driver absolutely lost it because I had food in my bags, in case it spilled over his car. Yes well done, you picked up at a supermarket and the customer had food, imagine the horror. Also just been told they have no cars because of school runs .. at 10.35am and won't have all day, because they're all booked for school runs. That's not really how schools work but ok. Won't even bother trying anymore if there's that little cars they can't take any hires.

Hit or miss service. Office staff really need to improve customer service skills
Leave you stranded even though you book a return journey, reason given when phoned to find out where taxi was - you didn’t pay the return trip, explained tried to pay the driver but he wouldn’t take the payment we had 2 taxis and both drivers said the same thing so how can they justify cancelling and not turning up if their drivers don’t take the payment. Will not be using this taxi firm again
