I used this company to take people home from a work event, so needed several taxis going all sorts of journeys from local to further afield. They kept me informed on time scales, both by calling me with updates and texting me when the taxi was there. It made my job so much easier, and far less stressful than it could have been, so I would certainly recommend them
Over Christmas and New Year we pre ordered three taxis. We were very impressed that even although these were extremely busy times every taxi arrived on time and all drivers were extremely friendly. Thank you and well done !

Great place for a family holiday, Frequently sprays for mosquitoes as they are a pain in the rear, Great access to beach, amazing waterpark on site. All facilities were good, store had a good selection. Only reasons this is getting a 4 and not a 5 is due to a large hornet nest being in the lavabox washing facility and the lack of an insect cover being on the front door to prevent insect entry. All in all. My kids loved it. I loved it. And I look forward to visiting again
Absolutely useless these days. Booked one taxi to come 20 mins before my train way in advance didn’t come and no update - missed that train Called but and booked another for 20 minutes for the next train and still late and missed that train. Have had to call five times and just getting worse. Girls on the phone have the absolute worst attitude - no apologies just we don’t promise the time just close. Close is not 20 minutes out. Never used to have an issue just shambles now. Will go to use Express now as have absolutely no faith Bruce’s will get you where you need to be when needed - would avoid like the plague for an airport booking.
Called at 3.32pm for a taxi, was told it would be 20 - 30 minutes. 45 mins later had a text saying car was booked but never arrived. Phoned them back to be told they couldn't find the booking but would send a car within 15 mins. Still nothing so phoned again to be told car was at Tesco instead of McDonalds but would be with me in 5 mins. 15 mins later car finally arrived, asked driver if he'd been waiting at Tesco to be told no, he had just started a shift. Whole thing was an absolute joke.
The driver took the ost ridiculous and longest route possible which made me late for an appointment even though I should have been 15 minutes early had the correct route been taken. All for some extra cash. Do not use this company.
Came back from Stranraer and when the train arrived I realised that it was a long walk back to the house, so I called Bruce's taxi and I was in the car on my to the house within 10mins. Brilliant service can highly recommend.
Booked for 12:30 only for it to turn up half an hour later, was told that it was just a rough estimate since they would pick up other fares as they went along so me booking a specific time was pointless, was 20 mins late for my event even though I booked well in advance
What’s the point of having an app to book taxis well in advance if you just cancel them at the last minute? I was left stranded at high station at 12.20am and when I called to ask why my taxi had been cancelled all I got was because of the waiting time was over an hour. Then a random Bruce taxi turned up 15mins later anyway that wasn’t booked by anyone? You left a woman stranded by herself at a train station after midnight. Great job.
