Took my car there for brake change. They lost my lock nut key after the brake change. I had to go back to get the lock nuts replaced, only to find that there is no stock. Additionally they damaged my rims badly when they tried to remove the original lock nuts. I had to go back again for the third time to get the rims repaired and to get the lock nuts fitted, and disappointingly the rims were just painted and no clear coat was applied. I am now being told I should come back again. Their staff are very nice, but they workmanship on cars is very poor.

Ive been to few spares shops and none of the sales guys could help or understand what im looking for, ive been to you guys, spoke to shafeef , without any doubt he knew what i was looking for, and within in hour he organized my parts at excellent price!!! You guys deserve 10 star for customer service

Fantastic service at really great prices. Pity they do not have more outlets, but it is worth the trip to Auto 1 for professional service. The Manager Gary is really friendly and he is very knowledgeable. His team is also very well trained and experienced. I would recommend Auto1 before anyone else.

Was happy with my experience. After having a small puncture I rushed to Dunlop Express and within no time I was back on the road. Service was very efficient and staff are genuinely helpful.
