Had my wife's fiesta yesterday for service and mot. The jobs were done and the car was delivered back to my wife's place of work. After it was fully valeted at no extra cost. They forgot to put the service book back in the car. So they personally delivered it to our home address. First class customer service. Unlike the Ford main dealer I have to use.

This recognition of an exceptional car maintenance garage is long overdue. I have a 2008 PT Cruiser, which had historically been hard work and belligerent, until Reynolds got their hands on it. These people have never let me down. They always sort the problem out, no matter what it may be. Their expertise and second-to-none diagnostic equipment just keeps on coming up with the goods. This time around Reynolds ensured my PT Cruiser's glow plugs were healthy and then health-tested the battery, which previously knackered glow lamps had all but killed. One Exide AGM Spiral Wound battery later, and I have a totally reliable car, for the first time since I have owned it. It's a thing of beauty and now it starts like it - first turn, every time. Happy days. And as other reviewers have said, Reynolds aren't just par-excellence with their work; they are honest and competitively priced too. Top team, from a very appreciative Mr. Nixon.
