we're visiting family and had an issue with our car. This garage was very happy and honest with when we can get booked in which was also very fast. we've picked the car back up today and they were extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough to the problems and the work that was needed. Very helpful and efficient. Took my bike there for it's MOT and the only waiting I had was whilst they actually tested my bike.

Excellent, first time using Watsons, Mot and small service, also resolved some other issues, kept me informed along the way, different cost/budget options. Will be using them again friendly efficient service, don't think they ripped me off!
The lady answering the phone is borderline rude and has difficulties understanding simple inquiries. Absolutely off putting. Their prices are very high, I had a broken pump the quote they gave me was 447 pounds, I found a great place in Castleford that was happy to do it for 290, using the same part recommended by car producer.
