Best place to train in calisthenics. Sessions are really good and planned to help improve your strengths and work on your weak areas. Recommended for people of any fitness level. Trainers are very friendly, they break down any difficult exercise or routine into easy-to-learn steps. Since I started training here, I have improved a lot, which would have probably taken a lot longer if training on my own. Love this place and I am so glad I got to train here...

Been going for about two months now. Love the place!! The classes are fantastic!! Each class works on a totally different aspect of fitness (circuits, olympic lifting, plyometrics, 'street workout' to name a few). Highly recommended!!

Calisthenics is awesome and the instructors are friendly, passionate and highly skilled. Great atmosphere and hard sessions!

Having trained here for well over a year now I remain as enthusiastic about this training centre as I was in week 1. The set up is different, none of your standard machines, and this makes it a little odd at first but the support to find new ways of training is ultimately exciting. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, inspiring and challenging. The other members are motivating and accepting. I have lost weight here, learnt new things, become stronger and fitter. I honestly could not recommend this place more.

I became a member of this Gym not too long ago. This is a very professionally run gym with all members of staff being very helpful and informative would definitely recommend.
