Great gym with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. 
Large well stocked weights room, ideal for "old school" muscle building with plenty of cardio machines on the first floor to achieve all training goals.

beautiful joint, gaz is a ripped young creature with a lust for cold hard protein. blood, sweat and tears is required but once its over, gaz gives you a wonderful goodbye and a nice cheeky kiss ;)

Good gym with adequate facilities

Solid small space gym. Squat rack and bench with cardio upstairs. Worth it if you need to get your work in.
Could use fresh cables on the pull machines and some plates should be trashed. Still, you can make it work!
