BAD SERVICE!! Ordered over £50 worth of food and three dishes were wrong. Chicken chow mein was prawn, sweet and sour was Chinese style sauce and satay chicken looked like sick!! Called up to tell them this once we got our order out at home to suggest to come back and get the right ones, and let our other food go cold when it’s your fault?!! NEVER ORDERING AGAIN
Best chinese I have ever had, Im a vegetarian and there are so many veggie options, the quorn curry is my favourite I order it all the time! Not a lot of chinese take always have this much options for us veggies. The food is also made super quick and the staff are so lovely! Please carry on with the yummy food it’s my life : Vegetarian options: SO SO SO many veggie options, the best I have ever seen!
New Years Eve 22, I should imagine is one of the busiest nights of the year on the Take Away calendar. These guys have really pushed the boat out in delivering quality food under strict time restraints. Absolutely beautiful food, delicious, and came fresh and hot. Well done
Very poor service booked a collection for 17.15 told they had not received order told us we would have to return at 18.00 shop empty not much wonder very rude staff disgusting.Food: 1/5
First time I have used this Chinese, rang up and spoke to a nice lady, gave my order to deliver however I tried to explain I live in Fawley just round the corner but my house is hard to see, she assured me no worries it will b fine. After 45 minutes and no call and considering I only live 8 mins away I rang bk at that point had to stand at the side of the road and wait for the driver after she finally listened to my instructions. But then the driver didn't have any change so I had to pay more for my food than it costs, food was nice but far to much hassle!
Ordered my delivery at 5:11 and got told that it would be with me within half an hour. An hour and a half later I decided to ring up and ask where my food was. I then got told my delivery had not been put through the system and I had to re order and wait again. I waited another hour and they didn't deliver my second order. I've had enough at this point and will be calling to cancel my order and order from elsewhere. This Is a joke and I am not happy
I have ordered from this Chinese for years but every year they get worse and worse Completely forget parts of my order The food is getting worse too The biggest disappointment is they don’t even care. They never feel bad for there bad service or offer a refund/apology This has taken many years to put this review but I’m done with there rudeness and lack of care After paying over 30 for my tea I don’t expect it to be ruined with husbands food missing and have to drive all the way back
Just visited my mother down in blackfield from Southampton, we decided to have a takeaway from Evergreen. Best Chinese food I've had in years, cooked nicely , not greasy . Well done guys.
Great place to eat food always hot well cooked and very yummy! Woukd recommend it! Vegetarian options: A good list for vegetarians! Lovely thanks Parking: There are bays right outside the shop sometimes, busy like Friday and Saturday nights but u can still stop and get your food.
