Brad and John were friendly and knowledgeable, they were patient with my total and utter lack of knowledge having not ridden a bike in 20 years. I ordered a Haibike it was on sale and it's absolutely amazing. It had to be delivered to my house but pretty much all set up, I had to do a few things but got it sorted enough to cycle into their store and they checked everything I did and made some adjustments and fitted a bottle holder for me. A great experience and night and day from other places I went to, and that made the difference for me.

Went here for my partners cycle scheme and the environment was amazing, first off I’ll address the absolute legend named Ryan who helped us through everything and full props to that man as the whole time we were there we felt 110% cared for and in good hands, had a genuine good chat with him and he might’ve sold me onto getting a new bike aswell ! The bike was ready to pick up in a day with loads of added extras to the bike too so very quick service, all in all amazing experience thanks to Ryan

i was looking for kids bike. though there were not as many selections, staff was very informative and welcoming.

Went in needing a helmet and lock and got some amazing service by a guy called Jonathan who was really helpful in explaining the different options  his recommendations were in line with what I'd read online so I knew he wasn't just pushing the most expensive options Great store, highly recommend

Very down to earth people, and very helpful with a great knowledge of everything bike. They offer great advice on keeping my Brompton Electric tip top, with the occasional software flash and look over.  I buy my goods from their store at a very reasonable price. Many thanks. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic  Evans cycles Leeds is top notch. if I could give 10 stars I would. They helped a novice cyclist find the perfect bike and kit through the bike 2 work scheme. They were really friendly as well which is rare now a days. Nothing was to much for them. Excellent thank you guys

Small, compact shop but stocked up well. Once you exit LDS station it can't be missed

Went in to store today with my partner to collect his new bike and I caved and purchased one myself. Both the guys in store were extremely friendly, offered useful advice and within just over an hour I was able to ride out of the store on a top notch bike for a brilliant price based on their recommendations. Customer service doesn’t get better than that, cheers guys
