It's a good shop but quite difficult to navigate with a pushchair, so if you're wheelchair reliant, be aware that you have to take the lift downstairs to the Lower ground floor to pay. Access to the main tills are down more steps and no ramp or access..
Me and my girlfriend visited Joy a few times here in Leeds and have been really disappointed. My girlfriend absolutely loves Joy dresses, but for some reason this location carries dresses more guided towards the hipster crowd and the feel itself is closer to Urban Outfitters than to other Joy shops we've been to. Just weird to see how different Joy shops in different parts of the country can be so different.
The most “Joy-less” customer service online. I have now twice complete the online returns form and am still awaiting my Returns Label via email. I have tried contacting via phone, email and chat with no response. Will not be buying again.
On arrival lots of attention and help but when I did not want to purchase the mood turned sour. Making me feel uncomfortable so won't go back now. Such a shame as they have some nice goods.
Probably the best Joy shop I've been to; with their outstanding quality of customer service, to finding what I need with the range of available products. Better than London experience!

Friendly staff and an interesting mix of clothing, homeware, trinkets and gifts. Always worth a visit when nearby.
