My family has been buying cars from Eric Evans since we moved to the area over 15 years ago. Always good quality vehicles and great service.

I would like to start this review by saying the mechanics at Eric evans llandrindod wells are amazing and do their jobs well. The older mechanic was very polite and helpful, and knows exactly what he's talking about in my experiences with him. My issues at this garage was with the man himself Eric Evans, the owner of the garage. As I approached and placed a bottle of water on the counter he presumed to say "I thought you were handing me a bottle of vodka" I then asked if I could pay cash before the work was done, he again presumed to say "got loads of cash have you" I was stood with my wife and found this behaviour very disrespectful. Mr Evans then sat at his computer for around 10-15 mins typing without once asking us to wait, or excuse himself. During this time me and my wife felt very uncomfortable and will not be subjected to such terrible service by Mr Evans again. Highly approved mechanic. Terrible customer service 1*
