Shocking attitude from the service team, I will never use again and will not recommend if you want decent service. 
Just hope new manager can rectify the problems of poor service and rude people.

Visited last week to see a used vehicle. Returned today to collect it and was very pleased with the service we received. We would like to thank Kevin Humphry's personally for his excellent professionalism. He made the whole process so easy from the part exchange to even sorting out the  retention of our personal number plate.  Many leave poor reviews so we thought it most appropriate to give credit where it's due. Cheers Kev. We will definitely recommend you when asked

Service team need to be more pro-active, appalling attitude.

New and used car sales ok but service department poor: one vehicle went away overnight for service came back with interior smeared with KFC meal, another had electrical component changed but technician failed to notice cable it plugged into was cut through!

Some of the sales team not proactive. Too laid back. Sales team need to know more about the vehicles they're selling.
