I quite often order stuff online and get it delivered to Woking store, being local to me. The staff are generally very helpful. However, don't assume because they offer a price match guarantee that their prices are already competitive - in some cases they are, but in other cases their online-only competitors are very much cheaper. To be fair, they don't hesitate when asked to match a competitor's price, but be aware that if you don't carry out a google search on the product you're about to buy, you could be missing out

Had a phone call to tell me my forks would be at Woking store by Friday. Went to pick them up Sunday, But no sign, so a 25 mile round trip wasted journey. Monday I had an email that my forks were at Woking, so trotted of on another 25 mile round trip to get them, Queried as to when they had been received, and it was friday. Forks service good, but communication at Woking store shocking.

DONT GO HERE. THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF. My chain came off and got stuck so i took it to evans as it was close by. The guy tried pulling it out forcefully and ended up bending it (which i had no realised until later). He then proceeded by telling me that it would cost me £90 for the repair and that it would take 2-3 weeks so i decided to go over to halfords where they replaced the chain and tightened up the gears for £15. The people at halfords carefully and smoothly got the chain out and told me that i wouldnt have needed a new chain if it wasnt bent. This incident occured around 3 months ago and i Haven't had any issues since. Evans will try to rip you off so be careful. HALFORDS is highly reccomended. The staff at evans are also very miserable and are not willing to help much.

Drago… what a hero! I went in to the Evans shop in Woking the other week with a broken gear cable. The bike is my commute transport, so it was important to get it fixed asap. However, due to demand, I was informed there was quite a wait to get the repair done. I think Drago saw my internal turmoil written all over my face and stepped in. The shop had closed by this point, but after a quick look, he took my bike in hand, and after 10 minutes it was repaired. This is the definition of going above and beyond. Very impressed indeed. Thank you, Drago!
