I visited the body shop Woking and normally the staff at most of body shop stores are willing to help. Went into this store, a tall blonde girl was walking around the store, I asked her if they still had the white musk perfume, she had no idea at all of what she was talking about?? She said sorry we don’t have that anymore ?? I was disappointed as one of the perfumes I like and used for many years. As I was walking out I noticed a whole shelf of them, so I went to pay for one and told the girl, no apology nothing at all. Surprised at body shop normally staff know what they are doing . This one had no idea.
Located in Woking shopping centre.. not far from Sainsbury. Very organised shop with helpful personnel.
I have been going to the body shop since I was a teenager and always been happy but last week the staff there went over and above to help me sort out a advent calendar. I was desperately trying to get one for a friends birthday and they spent so much time with me as they had sold out, so we went round the store making up a home-made one, then 2 days later they got one in stock and I returned all the other products and swaped it over. Again this took some time but they were patient and friendly. Well done girls you are the best!
The body shops products aren't just high quality and responsibly sourced. They are also at the forefront of empowering women, leading change in recycling and managing waste as well as protecting endangered species not to mention funding protection of the rainforests. As the saying goes, look good feel good. But when you're buying from the body shop you get that plus surely some positive karma for all the good they're doing with the money you spend.
I went into the store with an idea of what I wanted in mind but not a clue on what type etc. I left the store around 45mins later full of knowledge, confidence and a bloody good bargin all thanks to the lady who helped me. She shared her own experiences and views of the products as well as taking my thoughts and preferences into mind. It's not an easy task changing your foundation and anti wrinkle cream but thanks to the lovely lady that helped I walked out in confidence!
Awful experience Was made to feel as though we were a nuisance. At one point I even caught one of the girls young Asian looking girl giggling behind my back. Would never stay in a place that made you feel like that again. I visited the store on Friday the 9th of August. 3 girls working when I was in the shop and one of the girls black hair very bad skin was completely out of it, she looked high on something.
Sorry for the lateness of this review. I don't have an excuse for it and I'm sorry. I came by the body shop in Woking recently and Izzy was lovely to me! Thank you for your time - I appreciated it! Raza =
Everything inside it is nice and natural, it has a bunch of creams and other body things, but the staff could be slightly more helpful.
Great place. My wife always gets free gifts, when we visit shop....
They advised me what to buy for my daughter helpful
