We are a well established family business providing quality & service since 1935.

Story

Established in 1935 we are a traditional ironmongers shop, with a cookware shop on the first floor, a look around is much advised. You will be surprised at what and the amount we keep in stock. If we haven't got it in we will do our best to get it for you.

We stock Hardware, LPG & Gas Appliances, Camping Gaz Appliances, Cartridges & Cylinders, Power Tools, Garden Supplies, House & Kitchenware, Fireside Products, Pet Food & Supplies,even Board Games & Pocket Money Toys. We also provide a Glass & Key Cutting service plus much more.

This place is like an aladdin's cave , and the helpfulness and knowledge of the staff was amazing  . First class.

Proper, old fashioned Ironmongers.  This is the real deal - not some plastic B&Q clone, but a real ironmongers with everything you might want, including fork handles and four candles.

Amazing shop for all your hardware needs.Seed potatoes,onions,shallots,beans etc. now in stock. Great shop and the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Many thanks.

Living locally I have use this shop for many years, they have everything and the staff are more than helpful but...today I was asked to leave the shop and stand on the pavement as I cannot wear a mask due to my disability. I had my lanyard,  stating that I am exempt and showed the owner. He very clearly said he " didn't care and I could stand outside". I felt upset and quite shocked at his behaviour and sadly realised he has no concept of Disability discrimination laws in  the Wales. If I were in better health I feel I would like to take this matter up legally to save someone else from experiencing the same discrimination but sadly I'm not

This store is an Aladins cave and you are guaranteed to get everything and anything you need here. You may even find things you didn't know you needed until you come across them in this wonderful little shop. The staff are extremely helpful and give great advice regarding any jobs you are undertaking. Highly recommended.
