Excellent service at reception particularly from Angela. This branch has the added benefit of no long queues like Heathrow branch and better rates.

Worst unprofessional service. Car was dropped of one and a half hours late and when i asked why it is so late the driver shrugged his shoulders and said i dont no im just the driver. The car arrived dirty with ash on the carpets and bird poo on th window. As if this wasnt bad enough - when arranging the collection they said it can be picked up any day from Friday to Monday. I asked if they could give me atleast the day so I can make sure I was home and it was to my surprise when the man on the phone told me to leave the key underneath the car. Will never be using them again. Ever.

Great start with the rental and delivery of the van.
Problems started with collection.
After waiting one hour and half for them to arrive and nothing I contacted the reservations teem and they don't have a contact number from the depot that was supposed to collect the van.
So I'm stucked here waiting for someone to came and collect the van.
