vehicle not ready, completely filthy inside and out.replacement vehicle front lights not working,replacement vehicle 2 was disgusting as well . i was late for an important meeting.
will never use or recommend enterprise again..i cancel 3 months of future bookings based on this.

MANAGER thinks that by offering me £15.00 buys my loyalty/put things right.Dreadful company run by staff that have no idea what customer loyalty and satisfaction means to a business in a very competitive market.If i was to treat my clients and customers like this i would be ashamed. Much better service from budget at Heathrow and prices are so much better plus budget open 24/7..

The van I reserved from the website was not the same as the one that was pictured, and it ended up not being fit for my purpose. The staff were understanding and we came to an arrangement for an upgrade. The understanding and desire to cooperate with me was moving and honest and fair.

Staff were polite and helpful, van was super clean and lovely. Brilliant experience. They didn't have a problem when I had to extend the rental on a few occasions and were really accommodating.

I rented a van unfortunately it was quite faulty clutch....It drove to london and they sorted it out in London and gave me a new van with no has el. Good customer service
