Pick up service, but not from a train station? Only a residential address ... that's helpful to people who are not local! Called them directly and the agent literally couldn't care less about helping me. Would not recomend.

Booked a large van. Was told the day before it was no longer available due to it being booked out longer. Don't flipping advertise it as available then! Caused me huge problems due to booking it out to move house. If I could give a zero star rating I would. Can't believe such a large company take such risks, be wary.

Didn't have the car I'd booked and in my opinion the Skoda I got was not at all comparable to the Volvo I booked and paid for. Not willing to pick car up from train station, only residential address which I don't have as a visitor to the U.K. Seemed totally disinterested in my circumstances or trying to help me out. Wouldn't recommend at all.

There was no urgency about getting he car sorted! I book in advance but yet I think watching paint dry would be faster!!!
