Popped by after our washing machine died. I was given full and honest advice on their range with some very helpful insight's as to some of the features I might find useful. Settled on a Bosch machine and the same price as anywhere online. Delivery and fitting was arranged for that same afternoon as bad weather was expected the following day. You don't get this level of service from the big boys. Simply outstanding, will definitely use this LOCAL company again when we need replacement appliances.

Customer service is outstanding. I had a problem with a device. Explained the issue. Advised to bring it back. It was exchanged straight away and they also gave me £10 off my purchase price and added an optical cable in for free. Great stuff.
My parents have just bought a small tumble dryer from Forsters and were very impressed with the service and quick, free delivery to Whickham. Will definitely buy from them again
It’s the best place to buy your home sound and video equipment, fridges and washing machines in the area. You can get to see everything first hand rather than guess from the internet, and the staff are experts in the stuff they sell as well as giving advice about what you really need. The prices are as good as anyone as they are part of Euronics, and with safe and friendly sales, delivery and installation, they will look after you and your health during this difficult time.
Ordered a tumble dryer on the Saturday for delivery the following week Forster's kept me updated and rang to confirm an earlier delivery was available cannot fault the service provided will certainly be recommending to friends and family.
Brilliant friendly service. Wont go anywhere else now, and Im supporting our local traders. No more expensive than your on line retailers.
