We ordered few things. My husband made sure they have it in stock but when I came to pick up stuff they haven't had nearly half of them. It wasn't big deal as it wasn't urgent but  still not the best I would say.

Place is a joke. Ordered two items both needed returned as wrong.. Had to put car back together with the parts I took off ‍. Totally wasted day... The lad on the till when I returned the parts was 100% deadon though, so 5 stars for him, decent spud .  But I'll not be back coz I Kinda need the correct parts.... Lol

Value ok but that's about it. Slowest, slothiest counter service I've experienced ina very long time.

Costumer service on the phone line  is  terrible like a farm workers ,without any  respect for clients ,today i have spoke with someone again for some parts of my car  and i  was  pleasantly surprised how the guy hearing that he was talking to the fornere, he began to mock and  untactically asked the car number plates  lots of times until he finally turned off the line.

Only getting 4 out of 5 because the cash machine was broken for 2weeks and you had to do an online order standing in the shop

Overall not bad for value but when I went to collect an item it took ages eventually one guy came out from the back and started serving, even though I heard him asking for assistance from his colleagues in the back room who we could clearly hear talking he was left to deal with numerous customers

I ordered and paid for my goods 3 weeks ago. In my account it shows goods have been delivered but I have not received. I have tried to call but the expected wait is 2 hours, I do not have that money to spend on a phone call. No reply from euro car parts to my emails. This is terrible customer service, I now want a refund but can not make contact with anyone in eurocarparts.

Good value for car parts.Buy engine oil etc. there
