Agreed with all the other 1-star reviews here. Paid for 3 hours parking, few minutes late, £100 fine. I'm sure some would say 'fair enough' but I won't be using them again. Crooks take many forms. I'll be parking elsewhere.
No clear signage, first machine didn’t work, a couple of minutes over and £100 fine. Avoid. I try to use car parks where you pay on exit to stop rip offs like this but none available in the area.
Been fined once for 1 min over as leaving car park And fined again in January 2023, when paid 3 hours and parked 2;45 hrs
Machine wouldn't let us type the full reg machine fault, but still allowed us to pay, which we did in full plus extra time as we left early. They are trying to fine us, even though we emailed evidence of our ticket why the hell would I have a ticket for that specific time and date if we didn't pay?. They're still trying to fine us so we'll contacting the regulatory body. Absolute joke, typical bullies out for any money even when proved they're in the wrong- whole company needs shutting down.
UNSAFE. Multiple cars were broken into at different times just while I was here mine included even though it's on a busy junction, overlooked by many buildings. Definitely avoid, park elsewhere and walk!
No human ever answers phone calls. It's all automated, it's rogue, all they are interested in is extort money from you. They also apply to DVLA to extract your personal information without reasonable grounds, which is a breach of GDPR and of the Data Protection Act 2018. I'm prepared to fight in court.
Rip off £60 fine and I couldn’t read the screen to see how much it was to park there. Avoid.

DO NOT PARK HERE! Every minute you are over the paid amount they will charge you with 60 GBP fine! It is unbelievable! Not a trustworthy business
DAY LIGHT ROBBERY !!! I WAS SENT A £65 FINE FOR BEING OVER A FEW MINS ON MY TICKET TIME IF PAID IN 14 DAYS IF NOT £100. AVOID AT ALL COST .. THIEVES UNDER DISGUISE.. SHOULD BE MADE TO CLOSE
