DO NOT PARK IN THIS CAR PARK!!! I would give no stars if it were an option. Parked last night overnight in what is supposed to be a secure locked car park only to come back this morning to find that it had been broken into. Not 1 but 2 smashed windows. No number to call anyone who could actually help even though we were parked 15 feet away from a security camera. Stay away from here, disgraceful company!

Seemingly got lucky as so many reports of theft and damage, parked here for 24 hours at the reasonable price of £10 and car was fine. A bit dark and dingy and yes quite tight to manoeuvre even a small car but overall I was satisfied with the parking. Meter was actually simple to use which is not common!
Paid for overnight stay, returned back from our trip around an hour late - No way to pay for the extra, then to find a £100 fine when we returned home
In hindsight getting in and out of there in my 4x4 was one of the most stressful experiences of my life! The ramps are ultra narrow with very tight turns. The ramp walls are literally black from a thousand scrapes. Unless you have plenty of time to spare and enjoy high blood pressure I would park elsewhere.
Great price, great location, most challenging parking experience of my 33yr driving life! In a Peugeot 3008, I found it necessary to undertake a 3 point turn at every turn, it's very very tight inside. I parked next to a pillar, which resulted in me not being able to open the driver's door, had to climb over to the passenger side; couldn't then open either rear door. Very narrow spaces. There is no on site supervisor. It's pay & display, payment machine only takes coins. I tried to phone and pay - gave up after being on hold for ages. Fortunately, I have a smart phone, tried to use the website to pay - failed. So resorted to downloading the payment App - which worked fine. Leaving the car park on foot was the next challenge, I ended up in a "foyer" area with a clearly marked exit door, opened the door and it was boarded up - so impossible to actually pass through. Did find another unmarked door. Took about 20 minutes to leave the car park on foot. On returning to collect my car, after another series of three point turns I was faced with the only exit route on to the highway being the wrong way down a one way street no signage to indicate this on leaving the car park which lead to a large traffic light controlled junction on the ring road - but no traffic light control from my side - why would there be? You're not meant to drive against a one way!
READ ALL THESE REVIEWS BEFORE PARKING HERE. Just had passenger window smashed and hidden belongings stolen. There's more secure car parks so don't bother!
NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. - The whole building smells of urine. - Spaces are narrow and uneven - bigger cars anything but a 3 door hatchback would struggle. - Not 24 hours as advertised on Google - the car park closes between 10.30pm - 7am with no access.
Spaces are too tight, as are the corners, and trying to pay for the parking without coins is a joke, the phone system must be 30yrs old and the guy on the phone even less helpful
Despite the majority of the car park being empty I was issued with a parking ticket for being over the white line. The area in which I was over the line was clearly not big enough to be considered an actual bay and so to be issued with a parking ticket seem absolutely ridicolous. I would avoid using SIP car parks in future as they seem to be intent on issuing tickets for anything and everything. Paying £8 for a 24 hour ticket appears to have meant very little. Would of been cheaper to simply park and not pay and display.
