Why they even have a yodel drop off if they don't accept parcels. Always say printer is broken and if you have labels on they only want to take 2 parcels per customer. Ridiculous approach.
Don't take packages even though they're supposed to. Incapable of doing their jobs.

Waited 15 minutes to fill up here today. One member of staff on behind the till who couldn’t speak English, and didn’t have a clue what he was doing. No supervisor in sight. I had to get my lotto elsewhere as the cashier didn’t know how to do it. The staff at this garage have had no training whatsoever.
Lovely lady behind the counter let me borrow scissors had cup of coffee and then back to delivering handy pit stop for petrol.
