Usually go here to fill up my car and get a drink for the drives into work. Ok pricing, but as it's a BP, I can use my rewards card.
The way treating your customers by your staff is so bad.They even not looking the customers properly.Am health support worker and have been travelling long day with disabled child and we ask the staff permission to go for toilet and they didn’t allowed.The way he response is really bad and other two ladies staff are talking each other and making fun of me.I have an video as well. I need a proper apology from them or gonna complain against them .Very bad.
Nice friendly staff and good choice of food to purchase
My experience over at BP was great. Fuel quality is good with combination of cheaper prices. Cashier was polite and quite friendly.
Not sure why they offer parcel collection when it seems a massive inconvenience to them when you come to get the parcel. They are verging on rude like you are putting them out by even asking. Also when yoh try to send a parcel their printer is never working . If you don't want the inconvenience of dealing with deliveries don't offer. Attitude Puts me off even buying anything in store.
