Very poor experience. Member of staff was exceptionally rude and abusive and we will be putting in a formal complaint. This took place on 29.04.18 at around 3.30/4pm. This individual needs to have customer service training as a matter of urgency as he needs to learn how to deal with people. He had a name badge on but told us we should not be using his name! Appalling service.

Was able to stop off here on our journey to use the bathroom!! Also got a nice hot chocolate to warm me up!!

Toilet was so filthy and damp that I changed a nappy on the floor outside. Basic, but remote enough you might have to.
