I visited today and noticed the 20 minute parking restrictions sign.nLike the other the review if you hoover and clean your car you can easily go over 20 minutes and end up with a big fine.nCompletely ridiculous and I’m sure it won’t be just my custom you have lost because of it.nnHi Camilla thank you for your reply today.nI do think however if like you say you have no intention of charging customers when they park on your sites. You just need to increase the time to a minimum of 90 minutes. People haven’t got the time to call up and beg you to not fine them after jet washing their cars.nI don’t charge for my advice so you’re very welcome.
Wouldn't recommend using the tyre pressure machine, instead of filling air, one of the tyres became very flat other 3 were okay.nnIt was Sunday evening, one person working there was not very helpful turned into a stressful evening. Took it to the garage next door Windsor the following day, the tyre was fine re filled it. Mentioned it is most likely the machine - I wasn't the first one who had gone there after using it.nnGave feedback to the staff different person about my experience. He didn't take it well, said the machine is working fine....reiterated the instructions, insinuating I didn't know how to use it! Ended the conversation by saying, 'don't use it next time.'nnThe advice is duly taken!!
I went here to clean my car- I used the coin operated vacuum cleaner, jet wash etc. Was then absolutely shocked and disgusted to have received a £100 parking fine from 'Euro Car Parks', i called in to the petrol station after receiving the letter and was told not to worry- the man i spoke to said that if I emailed the boss that he would sort it out for me, I did this straight away but received no response and have since had a further letter from Euro car parks demanding I pay the money - you dont go to a petrol station to clean your car and then end up being asked for £100 for the privelidge after paying to use the facilities-extremely upset!nn**In response to BP below I already tried to phone you careline but was told you couldn't do anything to help me with this particular service station
The guy was annoyed that I didn't pull my points card first and had to cancel the transaction
