Having purchased a Tucson from elsewhere only 6 days later the engine light came on, annoying but thankfully it’s under warranty being less than 5 years old.nnThe process was made as painless and smooth as possible, with Liam and Dave giving great customer service, booking me in for diagnostics asap, a recall was put out on my car which required the ecu to be updated, this was done swiftly, I was advised the light may come back on in a few days, if so then we would know it wasn’t just the ecu giving out the message because it needed updating.nnIt did come back on but I was booked in a few days later where again the car was diagnosed for the correct parts to be ordered, a few days later the car was in to have what was needed replacing done, the car was finished within the day and a courtesy car was provided both times my car was in to not inconvenience me.nnIt’s been back on the road now a couple of weeks and thankfully, no more engine light!nnThrilled with the customer service which has assured me I can stick with Hyandais in future nnThank you again Liam and Dave
At the beginning of january I went to Threeways just to have a look ... today I brought home my new car and I love it! Tim Jones helped us when I first went to have a look and he was so helpful, patient, knowledgeable, approachable and not at all pushy. He pointed out the car to me, answered any questions we had, looked into finance options for us and was genuinely a huge help. Once we decided to go for the car, he kept in touch with updates and let us know what was required from us all in good time. He arranged for the car to be MOT'd and valeted and when I collected the car today he made sure it was a smooth handover. He took his time to go through the controls of the car with me and answered any further questions I had. I can't recommend him enough. We have been so pleased with everything from start to finish and I'm over the moon with my new car. Thank you
David Burke in customer service has been an absolute amazing person to deal with. We purchased a camper van from a company in Canterbury. Unbeknown the Van had a faulty window on sliding door David & Alan managed to help deal with them to get new window and it now fitted. Happy campers again now. Just got my new car, MG HS Trophy plus from three ways Garage and I can say for a fact they are one of the most professional dealers I have met. Tim was so patient with me, taking his time to take me through each process, answering all queries and when my car finally arrived and I couldn't go to their garage to pick it up, he it took upon himself to Come deliver it at my home for free.
