I’m absolutely made up with the service I received at Threeways Garage Ltd. I dealt with Joe, the manager, and he made the whole experience super easy from start to finish.nnAs a young girl with limited knowledge about cars and this being my first ever brand new car, I was quite nervous and on edge, but Joe completely put me at ease straight away.nnThere was absolutely no pressure at all, and he took the time to explain everything in great detail so I fully understood the process and felt confident in my decision. I took my Fiat Ducato based motorhome to Threeways to have a shock absorber replaced under warranty, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received.nnInitially, Fiat rejected the warranty claim because their records incorrectly showed that they had not fitted the original shock absorber. At that point, it would have been extremely difficult for me to have the claim approved myself. Fortunately, Graham went the extra mile on my behalf. Rather than accepting Fiat's initial decision, he took the time to challenge it, worked with them to have their records corrected, and ultimately secured authorisation for the warranty repair. His determination, technical knowledge and commitment to helping a customer were outstanding.nnI'd also like to thank David for his professional, friendly and efficient service throughout the process. From start to finish, he kept me informed and made everything as straightforward as possible.nnIt's refreshing to find a garage where the staff genuinely care about their customers and are prepared to go above and beyond to achieve the right outcome. I have no hesitation in recommending Threeways and will certainly use them again in the future.
