Staff are always pleasant everytime I go to fill my car up. Amazing customer service and fab support when I have any enquiries. I never go anywhere else. Thank you to everyone that works in this garage.
I had a parcel for in post locker. As someone who's never used in post before but has used Yodel and Evri where I've had to go inside the shop I did go inside the shop and approached the women on the counter, however she was very arrogant and stated "it's not this shop" rather than direct me towards the part where it actually was. I did realise walking out there was a different compartment for the in post locker. Very bad customer service.
Went into shop for a drink, price was advertised £1 on the shelf, got to till tried charging £2 for the same product and claimed it was changed last night. Very rude and obnoxious staff member.. never had a problem before and all other staff seem to be great. Just this 1 individual
Modern, well kept petrol station. Good prices on fuels. Has a small shop and its own free to use cash point. Air and water supply. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. Offers nectar points. Also has its own phone app so you can pay for fuel without going into the shop.
Better place for car wash
For me it's a handy petrol station normal price for petrol, with bonus points and sells E5 which I prefer, staff are all ways plesent.
Excellent counter service went earlier one 3 of the clerks there 1 taking pic of the other 2 then got told was the clerks birthday who's just started shift so if anyone is heading there make his day say happy birthday to the lad
Best thing about this garage is the staff. Cash machine and pressure washers is just a bonus alongside petrol and diesel of course. ONLY DOWNSIDE IS RECENT EVENT WHERE A FAMILY WAS NEARLY BURNED TO DEATH AFTER A MONEY HUNGRY MEMBER OF STAFF LET 2 KIDS ON A MOTORCYCLE FILL UP AND BIKE BURST INTO FLAMES. LUCKILY FAMILY GOT OUT OF CAR ALIVE , HOPE IT DON'T HAPPEN AGAIN .NOTE TO GARAGE DON'T PUT MONEY BEFORE LIVES.
Went to this service station every day for 5 years. Knew all the staff well. Forgot my purse. Was short £3 from the change in my car. Offered them to hold my iPad and my iPhone and smart wacth till I returned I was only five mins away. They refused. I had to call a taxi to go to my friends to borrow the money and bring it to me. I NEVER went back I drive out of my way to another petrol station now.
Was surprised and happy to see contactless payments on the air and water machine on previous visit. Shame it didn't work and I had to drive away without inflating tyres!
