Yesterday (28/02/2018) at around 8pm, me and my friends entered your store with the intention of enjoying a relaxing subway meal and purchasing goods. It was to the best of my knowledge that Subway had a one free refill policy, and on finishing my quenching "Pepsi Max", I approached the drinks dispenser to retrieve myself a second refreshing beverage. Rather than being informed politely that I was in fact not eligible for a refill, which I would have accepted considering different franchises may have slightly different rules, the Esso garage cashier on duty rudely shouted at me across the store: "Since when have Subway done refills?!". At this point, I reluctantly apologised and felt awkward enough to not stick about and buy any of your products. I feel that the alienation imposed upon me has lost you several regular customers.

Little bit too over priced but it's city centre and Esso so that's what they charge. Easy to get in our out of. Small inside.

Rude staff, no access inside the store after 23:00, no acceptance of contactless payment, extremely expensive, 24/7 open and convenient location with easy in and out though

Esso fuel and strabucks cofee ran by euro garages. Subway is allo there. Great coffee machine and good selection of easy food. Cash machine out side is free as a bonus
