Having a back go into spasm 2 weeks before a 3 day golf break was a disaster ! However, visiting Essex Physio, not only got me back in time to play, I am pain free after 4 weeks. I would recomend them to anyone who needs help. Thank you all
Highly recommend the clinic. First booked an appointment as in such pain with my back,couldn’t manage daily tasks anymore. Rhea put a plan into place on my first visit and I improved very quickly. A very friendly,professional practice that I would recommend to anyone .
The diagnoises was done efficently and the recommended course off treatment was effective and lasting. Ollie was Friendly, professional and informative in his appproach and I felt that I had made the right choice to come to this practice. My injury has healed as advised and with the exercises and advice given should cause very little problem in the future.
Highly recommend Adia from The Essex Physiotherapy Clinic. Adia took the time to explain in detail all about my hip issues. She fully explained and demonstrated all of my exercises and gave me back confidence to walk properly again! The whole team were fab from the moment you arrive and it felt very Covid safe. All precautions were in place. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back with any other issues. Thank you!

My experience at the clinic was unbelievable. Whilst having a very friendly atmosphere their knowledge, professionalism and helpfulness not only centred on my physical problems but also helped me emotionally after a very long serious illness and certainly enabled me to turn a very important corner. They were prepared to go the extra mile to meet my needs and I can wholeheartedly recommend Essex Physiotherapy Clinic most highly. Have been visiting this practice for a number of years as unfortunately tend to suffer a lot with arthritis which can sometimes leave me with referred pain in lower back and/or shoulders. Can always rely on Angela to get me out of trouble, quickly and efficiently. Also, she always recommends stretching exercises which are really helpful. Rest of the team are always helpful and willing to fit me in at a moment's notice. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!
Excellent care throughout from the receptionists to the Physio who did my treatment. My only complaint was that it was very expensive compared with other Private Physio clinics I have attended.
I have always been 100% happy with my treatment at Essex Physiotherapy Clinic. I would highly recommend this clinic.
