Claire has been my saviour.  I have seen her every week since January after a broken leg prevented me walking for 2 months.  She has also helped with a linked shoulder issue and life is looking so much better.  All the staff are friendly, efficient and great at putting you at your ease.  Would thoroughly recommend Bodyworks to anyone.

I've been attending Bodyworks for about two years now on and off and do a Pilates class there which I love. Before finding Bodyworks I'd given up everything I enjoyed in life due to pain. Now, thanks to the treatment I've received, I'm back exercising and dancing and not in pain afterwards. I no longer waste time going to my GP with pain related issues and go straight to Bodyworks where I know problems will be resolved.

Wondeful team and great service. I would not have been able to get back on my feet and back to work after hurting my back without them. The advice the team give is invaluable.

I've had a problem with my knee area for over a year, different physio said it was connected to tight calf muscles but didn't seem to know how to fix it and didn't give me any exercises, I couldn't walk for longer than 40 mins without my knee locking and having terrible pains and being quite immobile for the next 24hrs. I went to see Katrina who decided it was my IT band and gave me 5 glute exercises to do twice a day and after a month I'm now able to walk for 75 mins with no pain! I'm going to continue my strengthening exercises to keep improving my knee, thank you so much!
