Been a regular client for nearly 2 years and love the service I get here at Escape Studio. I have all my treatments including all my waxing, eyelash extensions, shellac and the odd facial when i really want to treat myself. They offer discounts for long standing clients in certain times of the year and also have a card you can get stamped and after 8 visits you receive 50% off any treatment. I really do love coming here

Couldn't fault my experience at Escape. Had a prom package here for both my year 11 and 13 prom. This included a spray tan, makeup, hair, nails and lashes and I can't have asked for a better experience! My therapists were all so helpful in helping me choose a look to match with my dresses and made me feel comfortable and at ease! I can't wait to return as a regular customer and start having more treatments.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! - After being a client for over 2 years I cancelled an appointment with short notice due to sickness. I kept trying to rebook however they kept cancelling my booking by email. I contacted them to check what the problem was, and was told I am no longer allowed to book without a deposit. I explained that I was sick to which there was no concern or empathy just that I could not book my routine appointment without a deposit going forward and can't book online anymore. I was then spoken to rudely by the manager twice and hung up on when she didn't want to take my feedback. I also sent emails that went unanswered until I made a formal complaint. The complaint then wasn't handled and I was spoken to passive aggressively by email. As a long standing client I was not only upset by this but disgusted at their level of client service! I will never use their services again and neither will my sister after she heard how rudely I was spoken to by telephone. If you want a good service then do not use Escape.

Lush lush lush, had a Eve Taylor facial and back and neck massage and I can honestly say it’s the best holistic treatments I have had in a very long time !!! Have had several therapissts at this salon and the standards are extremely high. Had never heard of the products they use (eve Taylor) but they are gorgeous and now use many of these products at home !! I can not recommend this place enough
