Thanks to Yani, David and all of the team for a really first-class service from the day of my mother's death all the way through to the funeral and committal. It was completely professional throughout, but carried out in a very sensitive, empathetic and respectful way. It was a great source of support for me in getting through those difficult days and weeks. I particularly appreciated David's call on the day before the funeral, when he took the time to run through all the fine details with me and answer any questions I had. I am most grateful to you all, and feel very fortunate to have had such an outstanding team to work with.
We could not recommend Ernest Larner & Son more highly. At a very sad time Yani made us all feel very comfortable with her professionalism and efficiency. She was always there at the end of the phone offering excellent advice. All the finer details were put in place. Everything we wanted for my late husband was achieved. David and his team were wonderful, so charming and helpful in making our family feel at ease. Walking in front of the hearse with our beautiful shiny black car following behind is a sight we shall never forget. Special thanks to Yani and David and everyone who were involved on the day.
When my father died, I was totally overwhelmed as to what to do and who to call. I chose Ernest & Larner after reading the great reviews on Google. I would like to add this review to say thank you to Yani who was just so unbelievably helpful throughout the whole process. She was compassionate, thorough and respectful. Our contact at Ernest Larner was Yani and she provided an excellent service for my husband's funeral. Always helpful, prompt and professional, she clearly explained the whole procedure and our options, offering advice where needed and accommodating our wishes. She kept in touch to ensure everything was arranged just as we wanted it and, on the day itself, the funeral went perfectly.
After my mother had passed away, I was full of confusion and overwhelmed at my situation. Yani was very friendly and very understanding. She provided an excellent service and helped meet all my father's requests, while also regularly keeping in touch with me to ensure the day would go as planned. This was my first experience of arranging a funeral. I therefore had no idea about the process and the decisions that needed to be made. My contact at Ernst Larner & Sons was Yani and she was outstanding. She helped me through the whole process, clearly explaining the options, at every step and giving advice where required. She then followed up, on a regular basis, without being intrusive, in the lead up to the funeral to ensure everything was arranged to my family’s expectations. Yani also recommended a celebrant/host for the funeral. Her name is Joanna Adam. She helped me write my tribute and was very supportive and helpful with the timing arrangements for the day. On the day of the funeral, Jackie and her team from Ernst Larner & Sons were extremely professional, respectful and supportive to me and my family. I would highly recommend Yani and the Ernst Larner & Sons’ team.
this is the 3rd time my family have used ernst larner & sons for my mum my sister and now my dad and let me say what great sevice each time let me say Yani at Ernst Larner & Sons putney was outstanding. She helped me through the whole process, clearly explaining the options, at every step and giving advice where required. She then followed up, on a regular basis, without being intrusive, in the lead up to the funeral to ensure everything was arranged to my family’s expectations via phone or email even with everything as it is with all the lockdown restrictions with advice or recommendations even helped arrangements for all the music and Yani also recommended a host for the funeral. Brutus Green he helped me write my tribute and with the readings and hymns and again was very supportive and helpful with the timing arrangements for the day. On the day of the funeral, team from Ernst Larner & Sons were extremely professional, respectful and supportive to me and my family and have been every time we have used them. I would highly recommend Yani and the Ernst Larner & Sons’ team.
After losing my partner I contacted Ernest Larner & Son to arrange the funeral. They took care of everything from the beginning and gave me advice in those areas that I needed. They were very professional and caring with me and I will always be greatful of making those difficults times for me a little bit easier.
