My experience at ernest Jones was brilliant. The repair to my 50year old engagement was done  superbly and the price was good ad well. The staff were all very friendly  and polite on the numerous times I visited the shop. Grade out of 10 I give a 10* .

I went in and spent a considerable amount of time with Rachel who was knowledgeable and understanding that i wanted to get the right rings. It was a replacement engagement ring and eternity ring combo and she was lovely. Thank you so much for the time you spent with me,  even interrupting your lunch. A very nice jewellers. Nothing on offer, so a little expensive. Helpful staff. I have purchased gold chains from here before, but today they did not have what I was looking for
