This huge publicly traded corporation does everything as slowly and laboriously as possible, including using second class mail when communicating with customers. This includes sending cheques by second class mail, rather than using direct deposit like everyone else. There is no acknowledgement when you send in the documents to transfer or sell shares for weeks on end. Move your money/shares/pensions out of here quick as you can. Stunningly disrespectful to their customers.

Most unhelpful website. Have to use google chrome to get anywhere without going round in circles. Even then it is not obvious to buy or sell a share. Perhaps they are geared up for people using their postal service at 20 p per share which is even more expensive than their online system.

Utterly useless company.

I'm selling all my shares held with them just to get away from having to deal with them.  I cannot give a strong enough warning to potential customers.  Stay away!

Trying to contact and ask about transferring shares - no response after a few emails and 3 weeks - hopefully this may encourage someone to contact me?

This is without doubt the worst company I have ever tried to get in contact with in 35 years of being in business. You have an office in Worthing why do you not have a number on your website that goes to this office. I don't want to speak to a call centre in the west midlands. I have sent a registered post item to this office 15 days ago and I have not had a response back with regard to it.
