Never would I go again! I’ve been having lip filler on and off over 7 years. This is the worse place by far! I now have a bubble on my lip by bad technic of someone who’s been qualified “17 years”. Now I have botched lips and so far one round of dissolving has not fixed this! Would be concerned their staff are not qualified properly! Especially as a nurse with a lot of experienced can’t perform patch tests!!

Only offered to physically cut out freckle/sun spot and fibrous  papule. No offer of laser or electrosurgery. Quite outdated techniques with a high risk of scarring when other much more modern techniques exist and are offered elsewhere. Kind of a waste of time to be honest, should have been told they don’t offer this before the consult

Have recently started visiting Epsom Skin Clinic and it is lovely. The staff are very friendly and the surroundings are clean,sleek and professional looking without feeling too clinical. None of the process is intimidating and everyone is very informative. Jacqui offers great advice and I think it is really nice how she follows up after treatment. I had a Hydrafacial with Olivia and she was so friendly, we chatted throughout the treatment which was comfortable, and time flew by! She is a credit to Epsom Skin clinic. I was pleased with my skin after one treatment and look forward to my next.

I’ve been coming to Epsom Skin Clinics for a couple of years now, I was suffering with acne and acne scarring and after having various facials such as the Neostrata chemical peels and Hydra-facials my skin has improved massively! I usually see Nicole and she is so lovely as are the rest of the team who are always welcoming and professional. I just had my first micro-needling treatment with Nicole after seeing the amazing results my mum had from it, she made me feel comfortable and talked me through the process and aftercare. I would highly recommend!!! :

I recently started having treatments at Epsom Skin Clinic and from the moment I walked in, the staff have consistently been very friendly, professional and courteous. Jacqui-Client coordinator was particularly helpful and took the time to explain all the different treatment options to me and was really helpful at my initial consultation. I never felt forced into buying any treatment. Hannah-therapist is very thorough and professional and has a great bedside manner! I feel very trusted in their hands and will definitely be recommending Epsom Skin Clinic to any of my friends and family!!

Have had a few laser tattoo removal sessions with Chloe. All the staff are extremely friendly and attentive. Chloe makes you feel very relaxed and even has a joke with you while doing the treatment. The booking system is easy and members of staff, such as Rose, sort it all out for you. They have handled COVID-19 amazingly, checking and logging temperature of anyone who comes into the clinic, ensuring they haven't had any symptoms and the waiting areas are spaced out beyond the requirements of social distance. Overall, this is a fantastic, friendly clinic with great customer service and high standards of care, hygiene and cleanliness. I would recommend to anyone!!!

Highly impressed by the quality and care I have received by Epsom Skin Clinics. I began by having a free skin consultation with Jacqui who was extremely helpful, honest, informative and in no way pushy. I took my time to decide on what treatment I wanted and after a couple of weeks I booked in for a course of treatments. I am seeing improvements in my skin already after having 2 obagi blue radiance peels and LED Dermolux. I have had these done by both Abbey and Olivia and can’t recommend either of them enough. I felt safe and relaxed during my treatments and felt fully informed throughout and about after care. The clinic is clearly of a very high standard. I also always feel welcomed by the lovely reception team. Looking forward to continuing the rest of my treatment here. Thanks guys!

Excellent customer service. Had my consultation session with Jacqui, who was friendly and extremely patient at listening to my skin needs and offering targeted solutions. The hydrafacial session was booked in with Olivia, who explained the benefits of the facial along every step and provided helpful advice specific to my needs. Definitely recommend the clinic!

The Epsom Skin Clinic is an incredible, state of the art clinic.  All of the staff there are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.  The Front of House Manager, Sienna is incredibly efficient, friendly and cannot do enough to assist you.  If you haven't visited yet, please do as you won't be disappointed.
