Staff was really friendly and nice, I had a lovely chat with the lady doing my gel nails, however upon leaving I realized it was really subpar. Very patchy, nail polish was applied unevenly leaving thinner and thicker areas, practically all the corners of my nails were unpainted to the point that it looks like they’ve already grown out of the gel, or that I’ve picked it off! It’s a shame everyone was very nice there, but I won’t be going back again, except for a removal.

Totally dissapointed by Aldabella! Been going here a number of years for massages. But was just told I can't use my pre-paid massages (had 4 or 5 worth £35 each) because they had expired. Problem is I was never told they expired when I bought them. My e-receipt also doesn't show or call out an expiry date. They just lost a long term customer! Never going again!

The manager greeted me with a smile and that's where the customer service stopped. I was sent upstairs to write a new customer info which was never checked by anyone. I was brought up to the tanning area, it was a hot day, they had no ventilation, which is understandable but why not put a fan in the room? The girl was not very professional, it was all very carefree. This was my first time there and it was their chance to get me in as a regular. She noshed the spray and said stay there for 15 mins. I was dripping of sweat, so she goes out of room, gets a small bit of tissue, wipes my hands and I had to ask her for some tissue for dry me off or my tan would run and get ruined. She goes out again and brings the worlds smallest tissue AGAIN! If his was me, I would have tried to accommodate the customer to their most comfortable status. It was horrible, no one asked if I enjoyed my experience either. It seemed like the children were running the show whilst the adults were out, although the manager was in. Never again!

Had gel nails done before my wedding, awful quality really regretted getting them done here. towels were dirty and the job was overall sloppy. I had to walk back to the shop within a couple of minutes to get varnish taken off from round my fingers! i don't think they used proper gel as within a day it had chipped. on honeymoon I had to find a nail salon to take off the bad job. Definitely won't be going back.
