Apsolutely awful customer service, I booked 3 weeks in advance for infills only to be told an hour before my appointment that she couldn't do infills and wanted to do a full set for double the price leaving me no time to be able to save money for my appointment - never the less I confirmed my appointment and wanted to check she would definitely have an appointment for infills in three weeks time, she then told me she had nothing for exactly three weeksFriday but did have something on the Thursday, she then sent another one saying she actually didn't have anything for Thursday but did for Wednesday which would make my appointments only 2 and a half weeks apart when the lashes are advertised as lasting 3-4 weeks but she then messaged back again to say she didn't have anything on the Wednesday even after saying she did!! I then got another message 10 minutes before my appointment to say she was stuck in traffic and was just going to head home.  I'm now left with eyelashes that need to be topped up as we all know, no where has appointments for at least 2 weeks. Absolutely appalling service!! Completely unreliable!!
