Have been having adjustments with Tom and now Sophie since last February.nHave suffered lower back pain for many years, finally it is under control.nNothing short of a miracle, an eye problem I had for over 2 years has never occurred since coming to Epoch! Big bonus!nThe team are all friendly and welcoming.nSophie is so lovely and I always get a big hug after my adjustment.nWould highly recommend.
My experience at Epoch has been life changing. When I met Dr James I was using two crutches at times a walking stick. After a few weeks being adjusted by Dr James I don’t need crutches I can run up the stairs at home, I can lift my 8 year old niece up, these are things I could not do a few months ago. I am feeling great and now doing a course and looking forward to being back to work after being off work for the past decade. The entire staff are the kindest loveliest staff I’ve ever met.
I first came to EPOCH following a recommendation from a friend, after suffering recurring back pain and migraines for nearly 30 years. The moment I walked through the door at EPOCH I knew I had made the right decision. The whole team are exceptionally kind and welcoming. Dr Sophie is my angel! From my initial assessment her professionalism, expertise, care and encouragement have been second to none. In only a short space of time I have experienced amazing improvements in both my posture and overall wellbeing. My back pain has gone and my headaches are much less frequent. I am truly grateful to Dr Sophie for giving me back my quality of life. Thank you.
A great, polite, well organised, chiropractor experience. A little pricey but well worth it. I went from 18 months of back pain and not being able to do any physical tasks, to..zero pain and being fully physically able to do any tasks again in just 3 months. I can’t believe the difference becoming a part of Epoch has made to the life and well being of myself and my husband.nMy husband has been free of sciatica for months since coming to see James.nAs for myself I am totally free of the debilitating neck pain I first saw James with. The most amazing part is the vast improvement to my COPD. I haven’t needed to take steroids or use a nebuliser for the last ten months. The difference to my posture has given me more self confidence.nEpoch has been the best investment I have ever made and I shall continue to see James for a monthly adjustment indefinitely .
