Gym isn’t that bad, mainly because it isn’t too busy. Clean but no one puts their weights back. Their app and website aren’t the best. When trying to cancel my membership online, the website stated to get in touch with the gym to cancel. When I did this, I was told the membership was now cancelled, only to be charged an additional month for whatever reason.
Great activity for the kids. Both ours loved climbing up the different walls. They both felt safe desending with the equipment. Area and facilities very clean. Just wished the staff could be slightly more happy and friendly, especially the female on the front desk.
Visited many times over the last few years. Once or twice for the gym but mainly for the soft play / climbing walls.nLarge carpark with tennis courts outside, easy found from th main road and well signposted.nThere's a small cafe / Costa in the entrance and clean tidy toilets/showers.nAt the time of writing the climbing wall is £10.20 for an hour session and seems really fun and there's a instruction video for safety and everyone is well taken care of. £5.50 for the soft play which seems suitable from babies to apprix 10 years old, not sure if there's a time limit but we didn't get kicked out at any time lots of variety for food and drinks as well as vending machines. There's a barcode system given when paid to get in and out of the soft play area which is good in case a little one tried to make a run for it kind and friendly knowledgeable staff.
The food is massively overpriced for what you get. We ordered a sausage sandwich for £4 and got cheap sausages in half a sandwich of cheap white bread smothered in margarine. The soft play is lovely but don’t bother to eat!
I love this gym & the staff there. Small and not always easy to get equipment, especially at peak times, but miles nicer than somewhere like pure.
