I was shocked to hear that my grandmother was treated dreadfully by the female owner/stylist at this establishment. She aggressively accused a 79 year old woman of getting her appointment wrong, in front of a salon of customers, despite the said person writing all appointments in her diary for her. Terrible attitude towards a customer who had been loyal for years, the biggest shock is that this was not an isolated occasion. Lolita has shouted and been very rude on multiple occasions, serious attitude adjustment needed.

Always get a decent cut here. Jordan is good and very quick. Great that it's easy to get to with plenty of local car parking too.

Not great. *Reason* Booked first appointment in morning because I was going out at 11:00 which would have left plenty of time to have my hair cut and go home and get ready. But, I waited and waited for my hairdresser to turn up and in the end ended up getting my hair cut by the other hair dresser, who I believe is the owner. I had no real apology for the hairdresser never turning up, and in the end, what was supposed to be an easy relaxed morning ended up being a manic rush as I was out of the shop just before 11:00 (nearly 2 hours after first arriving). Funnily enough, after telling people my experience, I haven't been the only one for this to have happen to. Surprisingly enough I haven't come back and I doubt I ever will.

Best place in Norwich for a haircut with friendly staff that manages quickly to find your needs.
