Just went in for a wash cut and blow dry for my 10 year old and she was totally pampered with hair curling after the drying. One very happy daughter thank you.

Staff were snobby and not very friendly. I had half head foils done and the result was Terrible. It was rushed putting the foils on as another customer was booked in so the girl went to do her hair while I was still there. My hair isn't blonde it is orange! My hair looks like a tiger coat! I was told by my normal hairdresser that the foils should be on the top part of the hair first but she done it last so the bleachwasn't on for long enough. When I called the next day to express my opinion the girl was rude and wouldn't help me or give me a complimentry half price toner treatment. 
It is too overpriced there and definitely not worth the money so I advise that paying more for a hair colour or cut is not always a best option as the quality is poor an not what you expect...well it isnt from there at least!
