Where do I start, Sophie is the loveliest of people to be around, she has a calm and soft likeable and loveable presence. Nothing is too much trouble. She’s confident in her profession and even if you’re feeling slightly nervous about a procedure, she will instantly calm you. Sophie exudes confidence in the work that she does and her work reflects this. Her standards are high, her salon is modern, fresh and clean. I highly recommend her, I recently had lashes for the first time and I was slightly anxious about the procedure, but Sophie reassured me and the set of lashes were a perfect choice to suit me and the look I wanted to achieve. I visited Sophie / Envy Beauty Salon today and I had the cluster lashes put on. It was my first time of having semi-permanent lashes on my eyelashes due to having alopecia on my eyelashes when i was younger. Sophie's insight/experience into the pros & cons of having cluster lashes compared to individual lashes made me relax and respect professional opinion. They look fantastic and an absolute bargain for £15! Highly recommend Sophie / Envy Beauty Salon and can't wait to book my next appointment.

Sophie is welcoming & friendly, making you feel completely at ease. Thoroughly professional too. And parking right outside the beauty room door.
