Been going here for a good ten years if not more. Never been disappointed with cut or colour. Friendly staff. Recommend this place. Advise to book appointments as cannot guarantee you will be fitted in if you just turn up. Also if you park in castle place, you can get from opus to car completely under cover so your new hairstyle doesn't get ruined if it's windy or raining.

Not very understanding when some one is not happy with the outcome. Wont be going back there

Hair cuts are ok, but service is terrible. I sat daown waiting in line, after I had been left waiting for about 10 minutes, it was my turn. The barber turned round and told me that he was going for half hour break. Would have been nice if he had told me when I walked in. Could have gone some where else and not wasted my time!
