Booked online, went to pick up the van (40 minute drive) was told "we left a message on you phone, we don't have any vans...". Fantastic service, not... Firstly I had no message on my mobile (confirmed they did have the right number), no cancellation email or attempt to offer an alternative. Wouldn't ever recommend. Still, wasn't all in vain, found a much cheaper alternative with good customer service. Just because they advertise extensively, there are much better alternatives out there as we found out.

can't collect before 08:00, can't return after 18:00, can't book a vehicle to go overseas. made an online booking this am only to be phoned up and told that no vehicles are available. Staff very friendly.

The staff are courteous, friendly and always helpful. The new location is on the busy dual carriageway and lorries sometimes are "stacked" on the approach to the site making it a problem to always access without queuing. The Highways Agency need to address the problem and make the approach "traffic-free" with appropriate road markings1

First class customer service at this branch. Car was great, price fair. The customer service given by this firm is outstanding, an example to others everywhere. Will definitely use this company for car hire in the future.
