I have rented from the Workington office before.  However this time for expediency I reserved a van via the website. The whole team were extremely friendly, helpful and professional - especially as I arrived 30 minutes early.  Not phased and to accommodate me, they prepared my vehicle ahead of time to get me on my way without delay.

The Workington team always bend-over backwards to make the customer experience as streamline and enjoyable as possible and this occasion was no different.  The only name I have is James Huntington, but everyone in the office contributed to the experience and are all truly excellent brand ambassadors.

Really looking forward to my next hire!

the location & staff were fine, but booking a car with enterprise does not garantee what you would get. I booked a Vauxhall Insignia, which i had experienced before, & had booked it months in advance (or that is what I thought), when I came to collect I recieved an Hyundai I40. The staff were helpfull in letting me try the car, & when I stated my disatisfaction I was offered a Quashqai, but that cars boot was too small. So I took the I40, which was awfull, & i was not impressed with Enterprise as they explained I had booked a range of car so it may not be the one illustrated, but Enterprise do not show a "range of car" so, i assume its pot luck. Which was annoying when I had booked in pleanty of time
