I cannot praise your sales advisor Adrienne at your Carlisle branch enough. We really are so grateful for the professional and sensitive manner in which she sorted a van for my son and cleared up confusion over documentation we’d had with another car hire firm. In short, he got a van sorted to drive down to London, I got peace of mind as a parent and we both had our faith in car hire firms restored. Adrienne, you’re a saint!!

Booked a van for several jobs all lined up, products paid for and time slots booked. 7 hours prior to van pick up I received a call telling me they didn't have a van but it's ok because I haven't yet paid for it there will be no charge! Are you joking yes not yet paid for the van but I have everything else. I asked why can I book if you don't have a van available, she said the call centre always does this!!!🤔 maybe your booking system needs to be updated. Not a good service will never use you again
