Standard fare for an Enterprise Rent-A-Car; plenty of staff on hand to ensure you are seen to promptly and generally polite, friendly service. Had a long term rental from them without any real issue. Would use again

I have been using Lutterworth rd branch for 3 years+ I hire a car nearly every week. I have also used other branches. But I can say without hesitation that the Lutterworth road branch is by far the best. They're reliable, professional and they have a great can do attitude. I must mention Steve personally. Especially as I know I can be an awkward customer.  But he delivers such excellent.. no, outstanding customer service. I wish all staff, in all branches could learn from him.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Although we always get the excess protection it was good to hear them advising other customers to get it especially considering the snowy and icy conditions
