I use the Narborough Road branch regularly and never had any issues whatsoever. Nikita and the team are always friendly and welcoming. I requested a specific type of vehicle with minimal notice during the Xmas holiday period and they still delivered. 10/10 for service will definitely be back again.
Highly convenient and hassle-free experience.nnDid the reservation online. Entire process was impressively smooth—both vehicle collection and return took less than five minutes. The car was in excellent condition, with only 5000 miles on the meter, which made for a comfortable and reliable drive. Upon return, I noticed a minor surface mark and pointed it out. The staff reassured me that it hadn’t affected the paintwork, so there was no issue at all. I truly appreciated their professionalism and transparency.nI would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a stress-free rental experience.

Extremely Poor Experience – Never AgainnnAbsolutely disappointed with Enterprise Car & Van Hire.nnI booked a Ford Tourneo for a family trip with an infant from Leicester to Scotland for 3 days, starting this morning. Instead, they handed us a Renault van that is completely unsuitable for a long journey.nnThe vehicle has constant loud noises, bad wheel alignment, and the rear cabin heater doesn’t work properly — which is unacceptable when travelling long distance with family with an infant. We are already on the road and dealing with a vehicle that feels uncomfortable and unsafe.nnThis is not what I booked, not what I paid for, and not the standard I expected. A family trip has been ruined due to poor vehicle quality and careless service.nnI will never choose Enterprise again, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before renting from them — especially for long journeys.nnEnterprise needs to contact us urgently and provide a proper replacement.
