assistant was very acknowledge and helpful. Very nice people, good professionals. I was served fast and to my satisfaction. I already recommended them to my friends. I will use it again in future. I could not be happier with them.

To absolutely avoid! Non-existent customer consideration, Personnel unprepared, Office manager unprofessional, rude and even lied about his commitments. IT systems very old and often not working, only payment accepted is credit card (it doesn't matter if you are already a customer or if it is stated differently). one of the worst car rental office I've seen worldwide, i won't return with them anymore.
